Responsibilities include eliciting operational concepts, refining requirements, designing architectures, coordinating verification and validation, documenting systems using MBSE tools, mentoring staff, and improving engineering processes. The role collaborates with government customers, operational users, integration teams, and technical staff, with emphasis on MOSA, microservices, data centers, and high-performance processing.
