Manage multi-state biweekly payroll for 500+ employees, including payroll data audits, tax filings, deductions, reconciliations, general ledger entries, accruals, and leave processing. Administer RSU vesting events and integrate equity transactions with payroll and accounting systems. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, SOX controls, and corporate policies; support audits, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Accounting, and external equity administrators.

Develop Python applications for classified and unclassified missile-warning software processing OPIR sensor data. Contribute to machine learning, modeling, simulation, data-processing tools, and Python web applications. Use Git, Docker, Linux, and Agile development practices while delivering software to customer and partner sites. The role requires independent execution, strong software engineering fundamentals, and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.
