Design, develop, and sustain distributed, containerized microservices and real-time data pipelines. Collaborate with scientific users, ensure scalability and reliability of messaging systems, lead Agile practices, mentor engineers, champion testing and documentation, and support program risk reduction and deployment.

Lead development and optimization of numerical radar algorithms and end-to-end processing pipelines. Prototype in Python and transition performance-critical code to optimized C++ on Linux. Work with real I/Q radar data, evaluate algorithm performance, and integrate solutions into operational DoD radar systems while providing technical leadership within Agile teams.

Administer and secure RHEL and Windows servers/workstations, implement STIG/SCAP hardening, manage patches/packages and backups, support virtualization (VMware, containers, OpenShift/K8s), troubleshoot hardware/software and networking, document configurations, provide operational support, and participate in automation and modernization efforts for defense-focused OPIR processing systems.
