Oversee and implement functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans for ages 5-21 in a residential school. Conduct observations, collect and analyze data, develop IEP behavioral goals, train and supervise staff and BCBA trainees, respond to crises, collaborate with treatment teams and families, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

The R&D Engineer will conduct research, develop innovative optical components, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support manufacturing processes in fiber laser technology.
