Convert US GAAP financials to IFRS, manage intercompany and investment accounting, support audits, and collaborate with property accountants while meeting internal and external deadlines and improving accounting processes.

The Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for addressing employee inquiries, conducting investigations, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, while promoting a fair work environment.
