Build and mentor engineering teams, drive architecture and cloud-native practices, manage product partnerships and integrations, own delivery and KPIs, and improve engineering efficiency through CI/CD, automation, and incident response.

Lead payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations for a multi-state, multi-company workforce. Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, vendor relationships, reconciliations, HRIS data integrity and UKG enhancements. Build dashboards and workforce analytics, drive process improvements, and coach a team to deliver timely, accurate HR operations and strong employee experience.
