Provide legal support to corporate and property operations: draft and review commercial contracts and housing agreements, handle resident/vendor disputes, assist outside counsel on litigation, coordinate acquisitions, monitor compliance and insurance matters, and advise property staff while escalating complex issues to attorneys.

Builds and manages CRO programs (A/B and multivariate testing), analyzes user behavior and funnels, implements tests with developers, monitors KPIs, and reports findings. Uses analytics and session tools to identify conversion barriers, collaborates with marketing/SEO/sales, and maintains testing documentation and roadmaps.

Lead portfolio-level marketing execution, oversee regional marketing associates and vendors, manage digital and traditional campaign implementation, monitor ad and website performance, track budgets, ensure brand consistency, and support leasing and occupancy goals across communities.
