Manage daily revenue operations for assigned student housing properties: set pricing and yield strategies, analyze market data, forecast and report performance, lead annual revenue planning, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize asset yield.

Lead and oversee capital development and capital management team across a property portfolio. Develop and manage long-term capital programs, annual capex and 10-year plans, scopes, budgets, vendor management, inspections, compliance, and reporting to maximize revenue, control expenses and improve resident satisfaction.

First-line IT contact handling service desk requests and dispatcher duties: log, triage, assign, and follow up on tickets. Provide basic hardware, software, network, and account troubleshooting across a Windows Server domain and nationwide remote sites. Maintain documentation, asset inventory, SLAs, and provide end-user training; assist with printers, cameras, A/V, conference rooms, and remote support.

Lead design, development, and delivery of internal and resident-facing software. Build and mentor engineering teams, drive architecture and cloud-native practices, manage product partnerships and integrations, own delivery and KPIs, and improve engineering efficiency through CI/CD, automation, and incident response.
