Lead TAB/HVAC projects from planning through completion: manage schedules, budgets, scope, and field teams; serve as primary customer contact; review technical deliverables; resolve technical issues and mitigate risks; drive continuous improvement.

Serve as primary customer contact to drive onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage CRM, analyze customer data to reduce churn, coordinate field deployments, collaborate with sales and operations, and build customer engagement playbooks and automation to improve experience and operational efficiency.

The Quality Engineering Manager will ensure timely service delivery while maintaining documentation quality, coordinating operations, and implementing process improvements.
