Manage regular and ad hoc software releases from planning through deployment, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and compliance. Serve as the primary contact for US-based clients, translate requirements into release plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, communicate status and impacts, and improve release and change-management processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Creates and maintains test plans, scripts, and reports; establishes test environments; performs regression testing; deploys software releases; tracks defects in JIRA; supports lottery gaming applications; maintains balancing procedures; and collaborates with systems and operations teams. The role is fully onsite in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and requires knowledge of Linux, SQL, Windows Active Directory, hardware, and operating systems.

Supports and maintains the GEM back-office platform by testing software releases, deploying OutSystems applications and Microsoft services, monitoring system capacity and alarms, troubleshooting production issues, and documenting defects. Collaborates with development, technical operations, quality control, local operations, and lottery customers on implementations, upgrades, and localized testing. Requires relational database experience, SQL Server knowledge, reporting tools familiarity, analytical ability, communication skills, and onsite availability.
