Lead financial planning, reporting, internal controls, compliance, audits, and ERP deployment. Produce monthly/operational reports, manage cashflow, banking, bonding, DCAA/GAAP compliance, and partner with leadership to drive financial strategy and performance improvements.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including reconciling payments, prioritizing collections, handling deposits (check/credit/EFT), maintaining records, sending past-due notices, and supporting month-end close and administrative duties.

Provide IT helpdesk support and onboarding (hardware, devices), troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software, manage internal databases and inventories, and support office operations including vendor relations, supplies, scheduling, events, and executive assistance. Partner with HR and leadership, maintain confidentiality, and promote office safety and operational efficiencies.
