The Technical Project Manager will lead enterprise-level Splunk projects, manage technical oversight, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and enforce governance processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Lead enterprise observability architecture and modernization using Splunk and Databricks. Design telemetry ingestion, data lakehouse, AIOps, security analytics, governance, and high-performance log analytics at petabyte scale while mentoring teams and aligning strategy with business and compliance goals.

Manage cost visibility, forecasting, governance, and optimization for a large Databricks/cloud data platform. Monitor and analyze spend, identify savings, build budgets and cost-allocation models, configure financial guardrails, reconcile invoices, and support cost-aware engineering and FinOps policy development.
