Administer and support enterprise OneDrive environments including provisioning, storage quotas, sync policies, file migrations, sharing and external collaboration controls. Troubleshoot sync client, permissions, versioning, and implement security controls (DLP, encryption, conditional access) and ransomware recovery. Provide endpoint management and user adoption support.

Administer and govern Microsoft Teams environment, configure Teams policies, manage team lifecycle, support Teams telephony (Phone, Direct Routing, SBC), troubleshoot AV and client issues, and ensure integration with SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra identity services.

Administer and support SharePoint Online environments; design scalable site architecture, permissions, metadata, and taxonomy; lead migrations from file shares and legacy platforms; enforce governance (retention, records management, external sharing); build Power Platform automations; troubleshoot permissions, search, indexing, storage, and access issues.
