Provides functional consulting for end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and enhancements. Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs and configures Workday solutions, supports integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Collaborates with HR and business stakeholders across Core HR, talent, compensation, benefits, absence, recruiting, performance, and learning processes while preparing documentation and training materials.

Design, build, and operate scalable Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices, serverless applications, and event-driven architectures on AWS. Deploy containerized workloads, provision infrastructure, maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement observability and security, and design highly available systems. Troubleshoot production issues, apply SRE practices, participate in technical design and code reviews, and provide technical leadership to stakeholders.

Develop and support a fraud risk application using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, AWS, front-end technologies, and SQL. Responsibilities include building scalable services, integrating responsive interfaces, supporting batch and data workflows, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing databases, and collaborating with engineering, platform, compliance, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
