Develop and architect complex Salesforce solutions across Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Build Lightning applications, flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and automation using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, and Salesforce APIs. Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and analysts to define requirements, estimate project resources, document use cases and tests, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Translate technical concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences while supporting large strategic projects.

Build and maintain data engineering solutions using Python, PySpark, and big data technologies. Work with AWS services including S3, EMR, and Lambda, while supporting infrastructure through Terraform. Integrate Java, REST APIs, messaging systems, Kafka, Cassandra, Airflow, Control-M, and native schedulers. Databricks experience and familiarity with machine learning workflows are preferred.

Business Analyst supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting processes and data flows, coordinating source-system onboarding, tracking project dependencies, supporting UAT, and translating business needs into technical solutions. The role also manages communications, reporting, knowledge transfer, and process improvement activities while partnering with architects, engineers, and platform teams.
