Supports the reliability, maintenance, and automation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, and automated systems; maintains PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation; develops preventive maintenance programs; performs root cause analysis; supports equipment installations and capital projects; updates technical documentation; analyzes performance data; and advances safety, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads talent acquisition and talent management programs, including recruiting, sourcing, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce analytics, and employee development. Partners with HR leaders and hiring managers, facilitates talent discussions, improves HR processes and systems, maintains data integrity, and leads cross-functional talent initiatives across a global, multi-site manufacturing organization.
