Own schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, scope, decisions, communications, and customer relationships. Coordinate engineers, sales, support, product, and leadership while facilitating stakeholder alignment. Develop delivery playbooks, templates, dashboards, reporting rhythms, and KPI reviews, and support expansion and adoption efforts. Mentor teammates and help shape the Software Services operating model.
