Manage dealership finance and insurance operations by structuring profitable, collectible deals; making credit decisions; submitting deals to lenders; preparing compliant contracts; closing customers; auditing post-sale files; and ensuring timely funding. The role requires automotive or finance sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, knowledge of dealership F&I procedures, regulatory compliance expertise, communication skills, software proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Serves as the dealership’s front-facing receptionist during evening and weekend hours. Greets customers, operates the telephone switchboard, answers inquiries, processes payments, prepares sales gas tickets, handles complaints, and performs clerical duties for management. The role also supports department managers, tracks dealership products and pricing, and assists the sales manager with floor activities.
