Provide end-to-end operational support to Talent Acquisition: manage job postings and ATS records, handle candidate communications and interview scheduling, assist with offers and supplier/PO management, generate hiring reports, maintain recruitment systems and training materials, oversee recruitment inboxes, and drive process improvements.

Lead private markets sales in Switzerland focused on private equity and other private assets. Drive business development with family offices and private clients, collaborate with investment, product and client teams, build pipelines, support fundraising, and apply investment and regulatory knowledge. Leverage data-driven insights and represent Schroders at client and training events.

Support and maintain the firms compliance program by monitoring regulatory changes, advising business units, performing trade surveillance, assisting AML efforts, managing disclosures, reviewing client agreements and marketing materials, delivering training, and preparing compliance reporting to senior management and regulators.
