Manage and improve operational risk controls for wealth management: review risk and change assessments, investigate risk events, develop scenarios, support ICAAP/ICARA, produce MI and governance reporting, streamline reporting, respond to client RFPs, run thematic reviews, and oversee risk systems and user adoption.

Oversee outsourced service providers supporting Taiwan onshore funds and ETFs. Responsibilities include daily NAV validation, operational and regulatory reporting, distribution and settlement support, issue resolution, vendor performance monitoring, audit coordination, FSC and other regulatory submissions, tax reporting, and prospectus activities. The role also supports operational controls, service improvements, stakeholder relationships, and ad hoc projects.

Ten-week Product internship supporting live projects across product strategy and development within an asset management firm. Interns receive training, shadow experienced professionals, analyze data and information, prepare reports and recommendations, and contribute to product lifecycle activities. The role requires strong numerical, analytical, communication, commercial-awareness, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
