Leads enterprise change management and adoption across transformation initiatives. Establishes change standards, playbooks, readiness and adoption measures, stakeholder engagement, sponsor activation, training, communications, and sustainment practices. Coaches executives, leaders, and initiative teams, manages cumulative change load, coordinates cross-functional communications and capability building, and promotes local ownership of adoption. Partners with HR, Communications, plant, regional, and transformation leaders to ensure changes are understood, implemented, measured, and sustained.

Leads enterprise process transformation from strategy and value-stream design through execution, measurement, sustainment, and continuous improvement. Advises executives on operating-model design, establishes process methods and architecture, facilitates current- and future-state assessments, clarifies ownership and decision rights, and connects process design with ERP, data, governance, controls, metrics, and change adoption. Builds continuous-improvement capability through standards, coaching, reusable tools, and practitioner development across functions and sites.

Lead cross-functional engineering projects from evaluation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety, sanitation, food quality, and regulatory requirements. Manage project teams, vendors, contractors, testing, specifications, technology improvements, training, and communication. The role requires engineering and project management experience, collaboration across departments, and travel up to 30%.
