Lead the HR function at the Fairview, MO manufacturing plant, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, regulatory compliance, policy administration, HR systems (Workday, Kronos), workforce planning, leader development, and customer/audit responsibilities. Collaborate with leadership and HR Americas to improve processes and partner experience. On-site role with limited travel.
