Develops sales and customer relationships across West Sweden, managing key accounts, sales projects, tenders, pricing, forecasts, pipelines, and stakeholder coordination. Generates new leads, specifies lighting solutions, leads customer meetings and training, coordinates internal project teams, and supports sales to municipalities, utilities, contractors, consultants, and wholesalers.

Manage and govern Schreder’s global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations. Analyze business requirements, configure applications, manage incidents and changes, coordinate testing and rollouts, validate security and governance, and oversee implementation partners. The role also supports release management, process consistency, post-deployment monitoring, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI capabilities.

Manage and govern Schreder’s global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations. Analyze business requirements, configure applications, coordinate changes and rollouts, resolve incidents, define testing, validate releases, maintain security and governance, and oversee implementation partners. The role also promotes Microsoft Copilot and other technology improvements while aligning business stakeholders, developers, support teams, and vendors.
