Administer and improve HR systems, employee data quality, governance, integrations, dashboards, and workforce reporting. Translate people data into insights supporting workforce planning, talent, DEI, rewards, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders on system testing, configuration, deployment, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives while promoting data literacy and evidence-based decisions.

Leads a multidisciplinary product development team through new product development, validation, certification, market release, and post-release maintenance. Responsibilities include people leadership, resource allocation, technology and competency roadmaps, innovation and intellectual property development, milestone reporting, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and coordination with engineering, suppliers, laboratories, production, and supply chain. The role also drives product quality, cost, compliance, and timely project execution.

Manage the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations. Analyze requirements, define functional specifications, coordinate testing and releases, resolve incidents, configure rollouts, maintain governance and security models, and oversee implementation partners. The role also supports application lifecycle management, business process consistency, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI capabilities.
