Manage the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations. Analyze requirements, define functional specifications, coordinate testing and releases, resolve incidents, configure rollouts, maintain governance and security models, and oversee implementation partners. The role also supports application lifecycle management, business process consistency, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI capabilities.
