Oversee end-to-end implementation of Course Planner solutions for school district clients. Manage complex projects, stakeholder relationships, data dependencies, integrations, customer requirements, adoption, and project momentum. Review and resolve data issues, explain technical concepts clearly, document challenges, and collaborate with customer success and product teams on quality assurance and product improvements.

The Account Executive will develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate sales agreements, and leverage Salesforce for managing account information.

Own end-to-end product features: define requirements from ambiguous problems, design UX, implement frontend and backend, write tests, operate production systems, and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
