Advises students and alumni on career development, job searches, portfolios, networking, and interviews. Co-manages the Internship-for-Credit program using 12twenty, teaches its Canvas course, and maintains student and employer records. Designs career workshops, panels, portfolio reviews, and career fairs; builds creative-industry employer relationships; supports assessment, survey reporting, analytics, and departmental administration. Provides faculty advising, mentorship, and coordinator support.

Manage registrar operations and student information systems to ensure integrity of academic records, registration, degree audit and graduation processes; coordinate curriculum and course data, transfer evaluations, reporting, web content, and office administration; support system testing, process improvements, FERPA compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.

Operate audio, lighting, film/digital projection and video camera equipment during events; mix live sound; troubleshoot technical issues; support Technical Director; work variable part-time hours for screenings, lectures, conferences, and festivals.
