Support daily U.S. and early APAC trading operations: monitor workflows, coordinate with prime brokers and counterparties to resolve missing files, trade rejects and order mismatches, perform OMS and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, collaborate with trading and technology teams, and assist with process improvements while learning hedge fund operations.

As a Quantitative Strategist, you will model volatility surfaces, support trading teams, analyze risk, and develop parameter models for financial products.

Coordinate recruitment activities for global offices: schedule interviews across time zones, manage ATS records, arrange candidate travel, liaise with hiring managers and agencies, compile recruitment reports, improve processes, and support diversity initiatives.
