Collaborate with Treasury, Portfolio Managers, and global teams to deliver microservices on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes, provide level 3 support, improve firmwide frameworks, and mentor junior engineers within an Agile environment.

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for front-office roles (Quants, Strats, Risk, Technology). Partner with business stakeholders and search firms, source and engage candidates, run processes end-to-end, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting broader hiring needs.

Support daily U.S. and early APAC trading operations: monitor workflows, coordinate with prime brokers and counterparties to resolve missing files, trade rejects and order mismatches, perform OMS and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, collaborate with trading and technology teams, and assist with process improvements while learning hedge fund operations.
