Manages workers’ compensation claims, maintains related records, and advises employees and stakeholders on applicable regulations and procedures. Supports workplace safety through accident reporting, OSHA recordkeeping, inspections, ergonomic evaluations, corrective actions, safety training, powered vehicle compliance, and safety program implementation. Leads the SAFE Council and analyzes safety metrics, trends, and leading indicators while coordinating return-to-work activities with medical providers, attorneys, employees, and management.

Lead performance marketing for Book Fairs to grow revenue per fair, Scholastic Dollars redemption, Share The Fair participation, and eWallet adoption. Develop multi-channel growth campaigns (email, paid media, SMS, influencers), run creative tests, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze performance to optimize spend, and scale innovative channels and programs.

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, collaborating with leadership and supporting cross-functional decisions to improve financial efficiency.
