Deliver literacy-focused professional learning, product training, and reflective coaching to district partners across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, coach teachers and instructional leaders on structured literacy and foundational reading skills, provide implementation feedback, maintain expertise in literacy instruction and products, and build collaborative district relationships.

Account Executive responsible for growing education solution sales across Long Island, Queens, and Staten Island. Builds relationships with school districts and stakeholders, identifies opportunities, prepares RFPs, demonstrates products, manages account penetration, closes sales, maintains CRM records, and achieves assigned revenue goals. The role requires educational publishing experience, knowledge of academic curricula, strong communication skills, and approximately 75% vehicle travel within the assigned territory.

Processes accurate, timely, and compliant payroll; validates employee changes, taxes, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and compensation inputs. Maintains payroll records and HRIS data, administers equity compensation plans, reconciles Workday and time-tracking data, prepares payroll journal entries, audits transactions, and resolves discrepancies. Supports employees with payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. Coordinates with HR, Finance, Benefits, and HRIS teams and contributes to payroll process improvements.
