Develop multi-channel growth campaigns (email, paid media, SMS, influencers), run creative tests, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze performance to optimize spend, and scale innovative channels and programs.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing leadership, managing complex calendars, communications, travel, expenses, and meeting preparation. Coordinate leadership team operations, cross-department projects, office logistics, events, and confidential matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the marketing department in a hybrid NYC environment.
