Own end-user adoption for Per Scholas's AI product portfolio: deliver AI Fluency curriculum, create enablement content, run workshops and office hours, manage community channels, provide 1:1 support, monitor adoption metrics, design targeted interventions, and advocate user needs to product teams.

Design and produce a multi-module workshop series on Agentic AI for IT Support and Data Analytics: create lesson plans, scripts, demos, and 5–8 minute on-camera videos; build 30–45 minute hands-on workshops and performance-based assessments; translate real job tasks into progressive learning aligned to entry-level roles.

Lead regional partnership and external relations efforts across NY and NJ, cultivating philanthropic, government, and community partners; support executive and development teams on prospect strategy and engagements; implement partnership management framework; coordinate cross-functional partnerships and events; supervise Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement; leverage Salesforce and data analysis to inform outreach and stewardship.
