Lead national technical training strategy and delivery for alumni and Career Accelerator programs. Manage distributed instructor teams, ensure high-quality instructor-led and asynchronous instruction, drive certification attainment and learner outcomes, build scalable instructional systems, and partner cross-functionally to align curriculum with employer demand and program growth.

Support Technical Instructor by facilitating hands-on IT training (hardware, networking, virtualization, security, servers, web dev, QA, project management); lead study groups; monitor and coach learner performance; enter attendance/grades in Salesforce/Canvas/LMS; manage equipment and enforce program policies; participate in staff meetings and learner progress reviews.

Support technical instructor in hands-on IT training (hardware, networking, security, virtualization, servers, web dev, QA). Lead study groups, assist labs, track attendance and grades in LMSs (Salesforce/Canvas), monitor learner performance, enforce policies, and perform administrative duties to promote learner success.
