Deliver interactive IT training to adult learners preparing for entry- and mid-level technology careers. Responsibilities include instruction, assessment, tutoring, attendance and progress tracking, curriculum development, student advising, employment recommendations, and maintaining Salesforce and Canvas records. The instructor teaches hardware, operating systems, networking, security, servers, virtualization, and related technologies while collaborating with program staff and supporting student achievement.

Lead fundraising and business development for Per Scholas in Phoenix and assigned markets. Build prospect pipelines, cultivate and grow corporate, philanthropic, civic, and public-sector partnerships, pursue government funding, manage revenue forecasts and CRM data, and coordinate local opportunities with national development teams. Represent the organization within Phoenix’s workforce-development and philanthropic ecosystem while translating program priorities into compelling investment opportunities.

Supports the lead instructor in classroom teaching and administration for entry-level IT technician training. Responsibilities include grading assessments, entering learner data, monitoring attendance and certification progress, reviewing curriculum, supporting classroom technology, supervising tests and activities, managing supplies, and communicating learner challenges. Requires CompTIA A+, strong communication, teaching interest, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to frequently lift 50 pounds.
