Assists technical instructors with hands-on IT training, classroom facilitation, study groups, learner performance monitoring, individualized study plans, attendance and policy enforcement, and administrative data entry. Supports instruction across areas including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, web development, quality assurance, and project management. Uses Salesforce, Canvas, and an internal learning management system to record learner data, grades, attendance, and performance.
