Provides hands-on technical support for campus hardware, software, classrooms, and loaned learner devices. Assists with Salesforce data maintenance, recruitment outreach, professional development resources, employer events, graduation activities, facility organization, inventory, and catering logistics. The role offers broad exposure to nonprofit workforce development operations while supporting learners, staff, alumni, and employer partners.

Assist technical instructors with hands-on IT training for entry- and mid-level technicians. Facilitate labs and study groups, support learner performance, develop individualized study plans, monitor attendance and policies, manage equipment, enter learner data and grades in Salesforce and Canvas, and participate in staff meetings and progress reviews.

The Manager, Business Partner provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership across employee relations, performance management, compliance, investigations, risk mitigation, and leadership development. The role coaches managers, leads talent calibration and performance improvement processes, analyzes employee relations trends, manages cases in NAVEX, supports organizational transitions, and promotes an inclusive, accountable workplace culture. This position partners with legal and compliance teams and uses behavioral assessment insights to improve team effectiveness.
