Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Entra/Azure AD) and Intune; manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, backups, and Cisco Meraki networking; provide desk-side and remote end-user support, PC imaging, AD account and group policy management; assist with cloud migrations, ERP (Profit Key) support, and recommend automation/AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
