Builds and maintains relationships with music directors and academic districts while selling musical instruments, music, accessories, and repair services. Supports instrumental programs, manages inventory and customer records, promotes clinics and sales events, and conducts community outreach. The role requires daily travel within an assigned territory, frequent school and venue visits, event participation during evenings and weekends, vehicle maintenance, and occasional lifting of merchandise.

Performs daily accounting activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, accruals, analyses, and month-end financial close support. Assists with sales tax filings, maintains accurate records, prepares audit documentation, and compiles financial data for internal and external use. The role also involves Excel-based data management, file maintenance, and occasional special projects in an office and retail environment.

Performs daily accounting activities, reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares journal entries, accruals, allocations, and analyses, and supports monthly financial closings. Maintains accurate accounting documentation, assists with sales tax filings, creates and manipulates Excel data, and gathers materials for internal and external audits. The role also supports additional accounting projects in an office-based environment.
