Manage day-to-day execution of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects: coordinate kickoff and turnover meetings; monitor schedules, shop and site progress; manage submittals, RFIs, change proposals, billing, QA/QC, closeouts, and safety; mentor project engineers; liaise with estimating, BIM, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial HVAC/plumbing construction projects including scheduling, coordination with field/shop/BIM, submittals, RFIs, change proposals, billing/collections, QA/QC, safety oversight, close-outs, and mentoring project engineers.

Assist the Project Manager on commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion. Coordinate schedules, budgets, documents, vendors, and site activities; track project status; ensure compliance and quality; input data into project databases; support meetings and site visits. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and building information modeling practices.
