Supports technical accounting, financial reporting, audit readiness, transaction preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, and process improvement. Responsibilities include researching and applying U.S. GAAP, preparing accounting memos and reporting schedules, resolving unsupported balances, assisting with diligence and audits, improving ERP data quality, and documenting accounting policies and processes.

Install, service, and maintain environmental fragrance systems onsite. Conduct property surveys, perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, prepare technical reports, manage spare parts inventory, respond to customer service calls, and work at heights, including shift and night hours.

Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash application, fixed assets and lease accounting support, intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvement across global entities.
