Performs general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end close, cash application, fixed asset and lease accounting, intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvement. Collaborates with finance teams globally, investigates variances, maintains accounting schedules, and supports compliance and special projects.

Leads ScentAir’s global controllership organization across U.S. and international entities, overseeing close, consolidation, financial reporting, technical accounting, cost accounting, inventory, controls, audits, and intercompany accounting. Drives ERP and finance transformation across Infor SyteLine/CSI, Salesforce, and Power BI; strengthens data governance and process automation; and partners with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Manages and develops a global accounting team while supporting scalability, refinancing, due diligence, and growth.

Leads APAC customer solutions enablement by managing outsourced technical service partners, optimizing resource deployment, enforcing service standards, evaluating performance, resolving escalations, and driving training and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Sales and Technical Services to improve customer experience, control costs, and strengthen service delivery across the region.
