Manages strategic supplier relationships, business plans, performance tracking, incentive programs, contracts, commission schedules, events, and sales-growth initiatives. Serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal Sales, Support, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and executive teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, diplomacy, problem-solving, and technology-industry knowledge, with responsibility for supplier onboarding, forecasting, business reviews, and go-to-market execution.

Designs and scales enterprise cellular connectivity solutions for mobility, IoT, and connected-device customers. Leads technical discovery, architects multi-carrier SIM/eSIM solutions, evaluates carrier and partner capabilities, supports deployments and troubleshooting, and translates technical architectures into commercially sound recommendations. Partners with sales, product, operations, carriers, and customers while communicating tradeoffs involving reliability, scalability, cost, risk, and business impact.

Produces and edits video projects from concept through delivery. Plans shoots, develops storyboards, coordinates talent and crews, operates cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and manages set logistics. Edits footage, adds sound, color correction, motion graphics, and titles, then formats content for digital, social, internal, and broadcast platforms. Incorporates stakeholder feedback while maintaining brand alignment, quality, and deadlines.
