Owns strategic technology sourcing client relationships from scoping through delivery and expansion. Leads consultants and implementation managers, coordinates technical practice leads, manages milestones and governance, develops statements of work, identifies revenue opportunities, and advises executive and private-equity stakeholders. The role includes spend and financial analysis, presales, team coaching, vendor and channel coordination, process improvement, CRM reporting, and up to 10% travel.

Manages assigned supplier relationships, business plans, performance, bonuses, contracts, commission schedules, events, and revenue-growth programs. Serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal Sales, Support, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Commissions teams. Monitors pipelines and performance, supports supplier onboarding, coordinates strategic initiatives, resolves issues, and communicates supplier promotions and programs. The role requires strong relationship management, communication, organization, independent judgment, and technology proficiency in a hybrid environment.

Provide client-facing cybersecurity advisory services, including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and SOC 2 gap assessments; fractional CISO support; security program design and roadmap management; vendor oversight; executive and board communications; and security technology selection. The role is approximately 70% advisory and 30% sourcing support, requiring autonomous client management and the ability to translate technical risk into actionable business decisions.
