The Data Operations Quality Manager will oversee operational quality in data processes, design quality metrics, maintain frameworks, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.

Lead B2B content strategy and creation across the buyer journey, translating vision AI and smart data-capture technology into thought leadership, campaign and sales content. Collaborate with product, campaign, field and digital teams, build relationships with subject matter experts, use GA4 and analytics to optimize content, and leverage AI tools and custom GPT workflows to scale production and distribution.

Year-long placement supporting B2B marketing communications: create and optimize content and social assets, manage CMS updates, assist video and ABM campaigns, draft customer case studies and newsletters, maintain Salesforce-based advocacy resources, and produce monthly and quarterly marketing reports. Work cross-functionally with mentorship from senior team members.
