Coordinate People Operations for employees across the Americas, including HRIS records, documentation, payroll data, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, budgets, and employee relations case management. Advise managers on routine employee matters, maintain compliance documentation, and support policy updates. Coordinate Boston workplace operations, vendors, office supplies, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Maintain confidentiality, improve processes, and collaborate across the People team.

Leads complex SaaS order bookings and end-to-end booking process transformation. Oversees order entry, validation, controls, data integrity, licensing, and month-end close across Salesforce and NetSuite. Partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and technology teams to resolve complex transactions, improve workflows, implement automation, apply AI tools, and establish scalable operating standards. Provides functional guidance and mentoring without direct people management responsibility.

Build and operate scalable backend systems for ShelfView, a machine-learning-powered retail platform. Responsibilities include designing distributed systems and APIs, scaling infrastructure and GPU capacity, integrating ML innovations into production, extending secure multi-tenant architecture, improving observability, load testing deployments, and mentoring engineers. The role requires operating cloud software at scale, making infrastructure tradeoffs, and setting technical direction.
