Owns People Operations for London and Europe, including HRIS data, records, documentation, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, budgets, and vendor coordination. Provides first-line employee relations advice under UK employment law, manages ER cases and documentation, and supports policy updates. Also coordinates workplace experience, office operations, inventory, and company events. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, proactive ownership, and three days per week onsite in London.

Own the strategy and roadmap for ShelfView capture across mobile, fixed cameras, and robots. Define capture experience, scheduling, store onboarding, quality metrics, and run experiments. Collaborate with design, mobile engineering, and computer vision teams to improve capture accuracy, cost, and speed, and coordinate pilots and launches with sales and marketing.

Lead technical discovery and early development of action-recognition systems for retail video: design data collection and annotation, build end-to-end CV/ML pipelines, prototype and optimize models for precision/recall/latency, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver production-grade, privacy-aware solutions.
