The role also supports hiring, engineering culture, roadmap prioritization, and the delivery of healthcare technology systems.

Architect and build reliable integration infrastructure connecting imaging centers, health systems, EHRs, referral networks, and third-party platforms. Responsibilities include REST and HL7 v2 integrations, message transformation pipelines, fault-tolerant queuing, FHIR data mapping, observability, onboarding tooling, architecture reviews, and mentoring engineers.

The Accounts Receivable Associate processes payments and refunds, follows up on outstanding invoices, reconciles receivables, prepares aging reports and bank deposits, resolves billing discrepancies, supports month-end close and audits, and maintains accurate financial records. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional communication. NetSuite and Ramp experience is preferred.
