Enable Sales with collateral and insight-driven campaigns to grow portal and API usage.

Validate and cross-reference patient and customer data to ensure accuracy, update records, respond to client inquiries (primarily email), coordinate with radiology groups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information. Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear status updates to clients.
