Source, screen, and engage candidates for IT, skilled trades, manufacturing, and engineering roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct outreach and initial interviews, maintain candidate records in ATS platforms, research labor markets and salary benchmarks, and support a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding. Collaborate with recruiters and HR to meet staffing objectives while ensuring accurate, ethical, and compliant recruitment practices.

Monitor and improve healthcare data file exchanges across clients, vendors, and internal systems. Analyze insurance claims, eligibility, enrollment, and EDI file mappings; troubleshoot data, file movement, and SFTP issues; coordinate EDI testing and implementations; validate data against business requirements; communicate operational status; and improve DataOps workflows, documentation, and processes.

Drive new-client acquisition and revenue growth by prospecting executives, building sales pipelines, conducting discovery, selling consulting, staffing, technology, nearshore, and BPO solutions, developing proposals, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and expanding client relationships. Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership to support delivery while maintaining forecasts, sales metrics, and pipeline accuracy.
