Analyze large datasets, develop and deploy predictive machine learning models, produce visualizations for stakeholders, collaborate with data engineers to integrate models into production, and lead end-to-end data science projects aligned with client business objectives.

Lead change management for large-scale transformations: assess impacts, develop and execute change strategies, run readiness assessments, embed change into PMO/product/ops, manage stakeholder engagement and communications, coordinate training and SOP updates, and report on readiness and adoption.
