Lead change management for large-scale transformations: assess impacts, develop and execute change strategies, run readiness assessments, embed change into PMO/product/ops, manage stakeholder engagement and communications, coordinate training and SOP updates, and report on readiness and adoption.

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end LLM-based AI applications (RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings). Work with founders and clients, iterate rapidly, and own production delivery including cloud deployment and ML pipelines. Occasionally contribute to frontend, dev tooling, or data pipelines.

Design and build self-service analytics portals and responsive dashboards. Integrate data pipelines from Databricks, S3, Salesforce and internal APIs. Implement secure auth and role-based access. Collaborate with product and data teams, remain hands-on, and mentor junior developers to deliver scalable, customer-facing analytics experiences.
