Own Gainsight CS administration and operations across Customer Success, Onboarding, Professional Services, and Support. Configure workflows, scorecards, playbooks, journeys, dashboards, integrations, and AI-assisted automations. Diagnose data and system issues, maintain integrations and data hygiene, manage releases, document solutions, support training, and ensure reliable post-launch performance. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs while protecting system integrity and governance.

Own the sales technology stack, including HubSpot governance, adoption, roadmap, and AI-powered workflows. Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership on territories, quotas, capacity, coverage, reporting, forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue strategy. Lead change management, field enablement, process documentation, cross-functional coordination, and sales operations service delivery while maintaining data integrity and driving measurable revenue outcomes.

Leads ScalePad’s in-house Creative team and evolves its visual identity across the master brand and product suite. Oversees web, advertising, sales collateral, events, and other creative assets while contributing hands-on design work. Manages creative intake, priorities, vendors, budgets, quality standards, and team development. Partners with Product Design to create a unified customer experience and promotes AI adoption to improve departmental speed and quality.

Lead ScalePad's end-to-end accounting function across Canadian and US entities: monthly close and consolidation, audit and tax compliance, treasury, payroll and equity administration, revenue and AR management, controls and process improvement, M&A integration, and hands-on team leadership while partnering with the CFO and external advisors.
