Generate and qualify prospective student leads through referrals, networking, online research, social media, phone, email, and WhatsApp. Explain and promote accounting training programmes, manage enquiries, nurture prospects, conduct follow-ups, convert leads into enrolments, and build relationships with students, partners, and corporate clients. Maintain sales records, track pipeline activity, support promotional campaigns, conduct market research, and meet assigned sales and enrolment targets.

Responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients for printing, branding, and corporate identity services. Duties include prospecting, needs assessment, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, closing sales, managing accounts, coordinating order execution, maintaining the sales pipeline, conducting market research, reporting performance, and achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Promotes and sells real estate, property, construction, maintenance, and related services. Converts qualified leads into customers and closed transactions through presentations, inspections, follow-up, offer discussions, and contract negotiation. Meets sales targets, maintains client and lead records, prepares sales reports, and ensures a positive customer experience through handover. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant sales, marketing coordination, real estate, property services, or customer acquisition experience.
