Ensures safe and environmentally responsible workplace activities in compliance with Nigerian regulations, company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Conducts inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, emergency preparedness, and HSE documentation. Supports regulatory inspections, audits, compliance activities, and safety-culture development as a manufacturing facility transitions to full production. Collaborates with production, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and HR teams.

Drive sales growth by meeting targets, prospecting for agricultural business clients, providing technical product expertise, delivering demonstrations and training, managing orders, resolving customer issues, gathering market intelligence, and reporting sales performance. The role requires agricultural education and strong relationship-building, negotiation, customer analysis, and product knowledge skills.

Develop and execute sales strategies, generate B2B leads, acquire and manage corporate accounts, meet revenue and profit targets, recruit and coach sales affiliates and team members, prepare proposals and reports, manage budgets and collections, coordinate sales activities, and strengthen client retention through relationship management and service delivery.
