Supports the Human Resources Department through recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, employee event planning, data and records management, orientation and benefits packet preparation, expense reconciliation, calendar management, office organization, correspondence, and employee assistance. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication, administrative skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an in-person presence in Mojave, California.

Designs, develops, integrates, modifies, and tests electrical and avionics systems for experimental aircraft. Responsibilities span power distribution, signal acquisition, telemetry, displays, interfaces, schematics, hardware and software solutions, fabrication, installation, component testing, and flight-test support. The engineer owns substantial design scope from concept through integration, supports technicians, documents designs, and works across multiple projects on aggressive schedules.

Paid 10–12 week summer 2027 internship for engineering students at an aerospace company designing, building, and flying experimental aircraft and spacecraft. Interns will contribute meaningful hands-on engineering and manufacturing work, collaborate with experienced engineers, and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, independent thinking, self-starting motivation, and interest in aviation. The role requires mobility, manual dexterity, prolonged office and computer work, occasional material handling, and the ability to understand Safety Data Sheets.
