Administer and maintain contracts, agreements, amendments, renewals, and related records. Monitor deadlines, terms, compliance, and execution; coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; support invoicing and purchase orders; identify contractual issues; and provide general administrative support while complying with Australian requirements.

Designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise performance management solutions using Jedox. Responsibilities include building OLAP cubes, dimensions, financial models, business rules, planning and forecasting solutions, reports, dashboards, and ETL integrations. The architect gathers requirements from finance and technology stakeholders, troubleshoots data and performance issues, leads solution design, supports implementation and deployment, and provides technical guidance throughout finance transformation projects.

Provide remote HR compliance support by reviewing employment agreements against the Manufacturing Award, identifying pay/leave discrepancies, drafting agreements and policies, and maintaining an HR compliance register. Perform administrative tasks including MRPeasy data entry, SharePoint/OneDrive organization, inbox and calendar management, customer follow-ups, social media management (Canva, content calendar, analytics), and basic marketing/email tasks.
