Provide remote advanced support and engineering for on-premises and cloud voice systems (PBX, contact centers, voicemail, collaboration). Troubleshoot networks and applications, manage installations and upgrades, engage vendors/escalations, create documentation, offer on-call support, and maintain relevant certifications. Night-shift remote role.

Design, install, support, and maintain enterprise networks and Windows server environments. Perform integrations, virtualization, storage and backup design, troubleshooting, capacity planning, documentation, on-call support, mentoring, and client-facing project work including pre-sales and SOW development.

Provide tier III support for complex applications, hardware, and networks. Troubleshoot root causes, manage servers/databases/cloud services, mentor junior staff, document solutions, monitor security/performance, and participate in incident response with cross-team collaboration.
