Provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team by coordinating campaigns, webinars, events, and trade shows; managing social media, email marketing, CRM databases, and website updates; creating marketing collateral; tracking campaign performance; preparing reports; supporting lead generation; and maintaining brand consistency. The role requires strong organization, writing skills, basic AI knowledge, marketing software familiarity, fluent English, and willingness to work permanently from home on a night shift.

Coordinates end-to-end IT change governance across distributed NOC teams, including RFC intake, risk assessment, CAB scheduling, change calendars, customer communications, reporting, and post-implementation reviews. Builds shift and on-call rotas, plans technical resource allocation, manages coverage risks, maintains process documentation, and supports ITIL maturity, audits, and continuous improvement across UK and Philippines operations.

Owns the organization’s EOS operating cadence by facilitating weekly Level 10 meetings in Strety, tracking Rocks, To-Dos, and scorecards, monitoring accountability, preparing quarterly and annual planning materials, and maintaining process documentation. Requires strong coordination, written English, confidence holding senior leaders accountable, operations or project management experience, and availability during US Pacific hours for a permanent night-shift, work-from-home arrangement.
