Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid customers to drive onboarding, product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate with Support/Product/Sales, deliver training, track CS metrics, identify renewal risks, and contribute to success materials and processes.

Resolve IT security tickets and alerts; manage email security, Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, cloud security, MFA, and encryption. Conduct audits, threat detection, incident response, and security maintenance. Implement security projects, oversee laptop and server cybersecurity (including remote maintenance), and maintain security awareness and risk assessment platforms. Document work and collaborate with teams.

The Presales Engineer assists clients with technology decisions, designs solutions, engages in requirements analysis, and collaborates with internal teams.
