Teams at ScalableOS

Design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud and data platform environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves Python automation, Airflow and Databricks administration, Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD and GitOps deployment, Kubernetes, cloud security, self-service platform development, troubleshooting, and collaboration with architects and delivery teams. Requires long-term work from home and permanent night-shift availability.

Designs, builds, and automates Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms using infrastructure as code. Resolves complex incidents, escalations, and change requests; supports client onboarding, migrations, service improvements, and SLA management. Develops automation, mentors junior engineers, partners with cybersecurity and relationship teams, and provides senior technical sign-off. Participates in weekend and public-holiday support rotations.

Provides Level 1–2 technical support to multiple MSP clients through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, networking, application, access, endpoint security, backup, and Microsoft environment issues. Manages tickets to SLA standards, documents resolutions, supports executives, escalates complex incidents, maintains technical documentation, and participates in weekly on-call coverage. The role requires a permanent night shift and long-term work-from-home arrangement.
