Supervises Manufacturing Quality Assurance activities, including oversight of compounding, inspection, labeling, testing, batch record review, and final product disposition. Coordinates QA scheduling, supports media fills and shutdowns, reviews validation and quality documentation, tracks batch metrics, drives compliance and process improvements, and mentors QA staff. The role requires pharmaceutical quality experience, cGMP knowledge, investigation skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports the microbiology department by performing environmental monitoring, membrane filtration, endotoxin testing, sample enumeration, media fill reads, and data processing. Maintains laboratory documentation, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and biohazard procedures while ensuring GMP compliance. The role also assists with SOPs, technical reports, and general laboratory operations.

Inspect, count, label, and package finished pharmaceutical products per batch records and SOPs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely shipping while following PPE and safety procedures.
