Leads enterprise risk and safety management for outdoor conservation programs. Responsibilities include developing policies and training, reviewing program risks, managing medical information exchange, overseeing safety associates and contractors, coordinating incident response and on-call coverage, facilitating emergency preparedness exercises, conducting incident reviews, evaluating accommodations, and coaching program leaders. The role also manages vendors, maintains procedures and records, and supports continuous safety improvement across remote programs.

Provide administrative and clerical support for Mississippi National River and Recreation Area: manage and prepare records, assist records transfer to Federal Records Center and NARA, schedule meetings, track tasks, handle supply receipt and reconciliation, use computers and software for data collection and reporting, support volunteers and staff, and perform collateral visitor center and property management duties as assigned.
