Lead hands-on Workday reporting and HR analytics: design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data models. Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, finance, and vendors to translate requirements, improve data quality, ensure secure access, and scale self-service analytics and governance across global HR systems.

Operate, set up and maintain low‑tech automated sorting, assembly and packing equipment in an aerosols/liquids production line. Perform safety checks (LOTO, interlocks, e-stops), quality audits, daily cleaning/inspection/lubrication (CIL), troubleshoot and escalate issues, support preventative maintenance, complete training, and work 12‑hour shifts with potential overtime to maximize uptime and reduce scrap.

Provide hands-on administration and engineering support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Design and implement M365 solutions, resolve escalations, drive modernization and automation, lead proofs of concept, partner with cybersecurity and architecture, and support licensing, vendor engagement, and adoption.
