Supports daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, outbound shipments, SAP WM transactions, inventory accuracy, documentation, KPI reporting, loading coordination, issue resolution, compliance, and process improvement. Coordinates with internal teams and transporters to maintain shipment accuracy, productivity, safety, quality, and operational continuity.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and hiring decisions, build talent networks, manage university relationships and career events, and support employer branding, training, referrals, and diversity initiatives. Track recruitment metrics, improve processes, and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition projects.

Support regional supply planning and finished-goods inventory management across the AMET region. Responsibilities include developing inventory action plans, analyzing inventory and supply chain performance, tracking inbound shipments, managing warehouse replenishment, maintaining KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, improving ERP processes, and coordinating with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, customer service, and local supply chain teams.
