Support EMEA order management by processing orders, driving automation (SAP scripting, AI Robot), creating monthly metrics, and standardizing processes using Lean. Collaborate with commercial teams and local countries to maximize case fill rate, manage sample/truck orders, perform root cause analysis, and improve capacity and efficiency across multiple countries.

Lead and grow a $25M+ grocery customer portfolio, develop and execute account business plans and promotional strategies, collaborate cross-functionally and with brokers, drive sales, market share and profit, and mentor broker and retail teams.

Support month-end close activities, including reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations. Perform analysis and reporting for profitability, advertising, sales variance, and trade spend. Drive process improvements and special projects, gaining hands-on SAP and Excel experience while providing actionable financial recommendations.
