Support and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux servers, VMware/hypervisor platforms, and EMC storage. Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues, perform incident response and root cause analysis, run patching/backups, manage data center hardware, and coordinate with vendors and application teams.

Support accounting and HR with accounts payable/receivable, payroll documentation and inquiries, billing, reconciliations, vendor management, tax/1099 assistance, and general accounting tasks to ensure accurate, timely financial records.

Maintain and secure wired and wireless networks (routers, switches, VPNs, Aruba hardware). Perform Wi‑Fi RF planning, site surveys, firmware updates, firewall rule creation, Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, on-site installations, on-call support, and report network status to stakeholders.
