Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, and maintenance: select vendors, negotiate contracts, process and track POs, liaise with internal teams and vendors, resolve invoicing issues, generate purchase reports, train internal users and vendors, and support month-end closing.

Provide bilingual (Korean/English) first-line IT support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems, maintain records and KB articles, install/configure software and OS, perform routine maintenance, and train end-users while collaborating with other IT teams.

Plan, execute, and monitor inbound/outbound air and ocean freight and OTR operations. Coordinate ports, terminals, carriers, and customs; manage transload warehouse KPIs, dispatch TL outbound loads via TMS, handle exceptions/claims, and maintain compliance and documentation. Provide daily tracking and weekend shift coverage as required.
