Administer and engineer Linux and Windows infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, enterprise storage, servers, networking equipment, backups, monitoring, patching, access control, and security compliance. Install and maintain infrastructure applications such as Git, Jenkins, LDAP, Jira, and EDA tools. Provide Tier III troubleshooting, hardware recovery, performance tuning, system automation, vendor coordination, and rack-and-stack support. After-hours and weekend support may be required.

Manage end-to-end product movement across air, ocean, and land transportation channels. Track shipments, coordinate with customers, carriers, site managers, and internal teams, resolve logistics discrepancies, maintain transaction records, and prepare KPI and ad hoc reports. Develop supply chain performance metrics, identify cost-effective transportation methods, support logistics procedures, and maintain accurate account documentation. The role requires Korean bilingual proficiency, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office expertise, and up to 10% U.S. travel.

Coordinates international air, ocean, and over-the-road freight operations from booking through delivery. Tracks shipments, containers, rail units, and flights; coordinates terminals, airports, carriers, brokers, warehouses, and customers; manages documentation, customs, hazardous materials, and security compliance; resolves delays and exceptions; verifies invoices; and monitors logistics KPIs. The role also supports transload warehouse operations, truckload dispatch, capacity planning, and continuous process improvement.
