Supports the Cloud Business Division across procurement, accounting, legal, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include processing hardware, software, and service purchases in an ERP system; tracking costs, purchase orders, vendor payments, invoices, and billing; managing resale projects, vendor and customer registrations, quotations, and PE/PO processes; and resolving purchasing, contract, shipment, and lead-time issues. The role requires Korean and English bilingual communication and relocation from New Jersey to Texas after six months.

Manage monthly accounts receivable invoicing, billing documentation, contract records, revenue forecasts, accruals, approvals, and customer collections. Use SAP and Excel to create billing contracts, invoices, schedules, variance analyses, and financial reports. Coordinate with account managers and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate renewals and billing. Support audits, resolve invoice inquiries, track outstanding balances, and assist senior AR/AP staff. Korean and English bilingual communication is mandatory.

Provides functional SAP FI consulting, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and end-user support for Samsung Electronics USA. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing business processes, supporting data conversion, developing project plans, coordinating with headquarters, training users, documenting processes, resolving system issues, and improving recurring support problems. Requires SAP FI experience in ECC 6, full lifecycle implementation expertise, EDI knowledge, project management experience, and occasional off-hours support during month-end and critical business periods.
