Owns onboarding for multiple sales business units, serving as the primary subject matter expert and coordinating with sales leadership. Responsibilities include managing onboarding workflows, tracking background checks and compliance, provisioning systems access, resolving support tickets, verifying credentialing and badging, and reporting onboarding status. The role also supports process improvements and collaborates with the Launch Team to deliver accurate, efficient onboarding.

Own and grow a territory of multi-dwelling properties by prospecting and onboarding apartment communities, building relationships with property teams, driving resident sales of high-speed internet and smart-home solutions, hosting field events, using CRM to track performance, and supporting residents through signup and installation.
