Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, tracking inventory and maintenance, assisting with scheduling and training, conducting safety and quality inspections, reporting incidents/hazards, and providing direction to custodial staff as needed.

Lead client retention and growth for assigned accounts by developing and executing customer strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing program results, and advising executives. Manage pricing, positioning, and relationship development while supervising and training staff to meet organizational goals.

Manage site operations and staff to ensure contract compliance, safety, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. Oversee scheduling, inspections, inventory, vendor/contractor relationships, budgeting, reporting, regulatory compliance, and employee training. Some travel required.
