Recruits and onboards frontline employees across assigned sites, partnering with Operations and HR to maintain staffing pipelines. Responsibilities include leading job fairs, prescreening and interviewing candidates, extending offers, coordinating background checks and drug tests, tracking applicant flow, analyzing recruiting metrics, training managers, and improving hiring strategies. The role requires Spanish bilingual proficiency, strong organization, regional travel, and occasional on-site support.

Coordinates HR activities including employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, retention, compensation support, compliance, investigations, reporting, and workforce engagement. Advises managers, supports personnel transactions and separations, conducts exit interviews, manages HR projects, and ensures adherence to company policies and employment laws. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication and travel between work locations may be necessary.

Provides administrative support to site managers by managing schedules, appointments, correspondence, calls, mail, files, meetings, travel arrangements, reports, supplies, and visitor reception. The role may involve driving to work locations or customer sites, coordinating equipment maintenance, and supporting employee programs. Requires an associate degree or equivalent education, one year of related experience or training, and potentially a valid driver's license. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
