Provide strategic and operational leadership for Medical-Surgical nursing, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staffing and budget management, workforce development, and patient experience initiatives while fostering nursing professional development and engagement.

Provide clinical and reception support for Occupational Health Services, delivering patient care to employees and visitors. Perform medical assistant duties, recordkeeping, communication with staff, and complete hospital orientation requirements.

Coordinate and implement a centralized patient-acuity staffing system for the nursing department. Work with assistant director of nursing and nursing management to support staffing needs and scheduling. Maintain staffing data and use Microsoft Office tools to support operations.
