Provides technical support in the operating room: preps instruments and supplies, scrubs and assists the surgeon during procedures under RN direction, maintains sterile field, and demonstrates sterile technique and medical terminology.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a hospital: answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, manage messages, handle patient bed/residence coordination, file and type documents, assist Transportation functions, order supplies, and cover Transportation Coordinator duties as needed.

Manage Health Information Management department operations, supervise staff, ensure records meet JCAHO and NY DOH standards, oversee chart completion and ROI vendor, assist Director with budgets, policies, quality control, training, hiring, and act as Director in their absence.
