Own the full employee lifecycle for 2–3 business units, including onboarding, probation, performance management, development, retention, Czech employment matters, relocations, exits, HRIS data, reporting, and documentation. Partner with business leaders, coach managers, support difficult conversations, maintain compliant employee records, and provide people insights across distributed teams.

Conduct high-volume multichannel outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, messaging platforms, and email. Qualify international B2B prospects, handle objections, book qualified meetings, maintain accurate HubSpot records, research decision-makers, and report on outreach activity, conversions, SQLs, and pipeline.

Provides comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compliance administration, HR documentation, reporting, and process optimization. Serves as a key contact for employees and managers, maintains HR systems and records, supports organizational initiatives, and contributes to employee engagement and company culture in a remote, international environment.
