Oversee and administer the organization's leave of absence program and workers' compensation administration; advise managers and employees on leave and disability laws; determine eligibility; develop leave/disability programs, policies, reports, training, and guidance; conduct ADA interactive processes; coordinate with Payroll/Benefits; and handle related employee relations matters.

Lead administration of a $300M legal aid grant portfolio, manage a 20+ person grants team, ensure fiscal integrity and compliance, advance strategic plans, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in grantmaking operations.

Provide complex legal analysis and case management for Client Security Fund claims involving attorney theft. Conduct investigations and legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and draft decisions, manage hearings and trials, present matters to oversight bodies, mentor staff, and provide procedural and substantive legal advice to State Bar officials, applicants, and the public.
