Investigates tax notices and discrepancies, performs root-cause analysis, maintains audit-ready documentation, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, government agencies, vendors, and external advisors to improve payroll processes and reduce compliance risk.

Leads day-to-day beverage manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets. Supervises, coaches, and develops production employees; monitors compliance with GMPs and safety standards; drives continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce waste; and partners with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including managing priorities, supporting production reporting, and working extended shifts or overtime as needed.
